Where can I add my branding?
If there's not a name on your product, how will people find it again?
If you really sit and think about this, it's the cold, hard truth. Consider this: a card with an artist's name on the back is an invitation to visit their website and buy again. Without their name, there is no invite, no way to find out anything about the card, total bummer AND a missed opportunity for that artist to gain a fan!
So, let's consider some products and where you can add your name!
Tea towel: on the belly band/hang tag, on a sewn in label in the towel
Greeting card: on the back of the card, on a sticker sealing the card sleeve
Wrapping paper: on the bottom ½ inch of the sheet, add a selvedge edge with your website and relevant info. *This idea was recently brought to my attention, and I am so excited to implement this in my future orders!
Stickers: add website or brand name to each item
Adding branding to our products helps create brand recognition and helps consumers remember who we are.
Other ways to help create brand recognition are often in the details of our orders. A personal note on branded paper or postcard, custom stickers, ribbon that matches your brand colors, branded tissue paper, packing tape or even a custom stamp can help customers remember our brands.
These memories are further enforced when we use them on our websites, emails and social media to create a cohesive look and feel.
